The wait is nearly over. PokerStars is about to usher in a brand new era of live poker with the launch of the PokerStars Open, and it all kicks off in the stunning setting of Campione, Italy, from March 10-16, 2025.

With an action-packed schedule, a fresh vision for live events, and the chance to earn points for the recently introduced PokerStars Live League, this series is ready to make an instant impact on the poker community.

Welcome to the PokerStars Open

If you’ve been craving a new poker experience that combines everything you love about the game—big prize pools, prestigious venues, and an exciting atmosphere—then the PokerStars Open is about to become your new favorite tour.

This brand-new series replaces familiar regional circuits like Estrellas, Eureka, FPS, and UKIPT, blending their best elements into a powerhouse festival that offers a €1/£1 million guaranteed Main Event at select stops.

Campione will be the first of six standalone PokerStars Open events in 2025, with the tour also making stops in Ireland, Belgium, Spain, the UK, and France. The series will also feature special €1 million guaranteed Main Events at EPT Barcelona and EPT Monte Carlo, making this one of the most ambitious PokerStars tours in years.

Why Campione?

There’s no better place to launch a new poker legacy than Casinò di Campione, an iconic venue on the scenic shores of Lake Lugano. This legendary casino has hosted major poker tournaments before—including EPT Campione in 2012—and is now set for a grand resurgence thanks to PokerStars’ partnership with Sisal S.p.A.
