You can learn a lot about their hands and intentions by observing which cards they pick up or discard. An opponent may be attempting to construct particular melds if you observe that they routinely discard particular ranks or suits. Keeping an eye on these trends will help you decide which cards to keep or throw away.
  • Knowing How Sets and Runs Work. Three or more cards of the same rank make up a set, and three or more consecutive cards of the same suit make up a run. Play time. A player must discard one card from their hand onto the discard pile after drawing a card from either the draw or discard pile during each turn. Until one player forms sets, runs with all of their cards, & discards their last card onto the discard pile, the game goes on as normal.
  • Evaluation. The round ends at this point, and the players that are still in the game count the points in their hands according to the cards they are holding. Based on the cards that remain in their hands, opponents score points, & the player who goes out first receives zero points for that round.
